This week ends the deadline for the presentation of projects to the "PLANET CHATBOT AWARD 2018". With This excuse, we would like to introduce you to an area of interest for entrepreneurs. We Can think of the Chatbot or assistant conversations from two perspectives: one as the object of our entrepreneurial project, but also as a way to reinforce and make more accessible information about our product, project, etc… What is a Chatbot? A chatbot (chat bot or conversational bot) is a computer program with which it is possible to maintain a conversation, whether we want to ask for some information or to carry out an action.  Usually, the conversation is set by text, but there are also models that have a multimedia user interface. The growth of this technology has been exponential throughout the 2018. These conversational assistants, who have their technological base in the application of artificial intelligence, are able to simulate a conversation with a client or a user, so their use can be present in a wide variety of sectors. Above all, what we want to emphasize is that it is a booming sector (in fact, all those sectors where the IA can be integrated and developed will be strategic for entrepreneurs). Retaking the awards "PLANETA CHATBOT AWARD 2018", these awards are born with the aim of rewarding the best chatbots and virtual Assistants in Spanish of 2018. Planeta Chatbot is the hub of knowledge on chatbots, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning… Written completely in Castilian by more than 400 experts.
