SWOT ANALYSIS (Weaknesses, Threats, Strengths and Opportunities) The SWOT Analysis is a tool that allows the entrepreneur or future entrepreneur, analyze the ACTUAL situation in which our project is. After its completion, you will be able to make the necessary corrections and adjustments in the weak points or reinforce and take advantage of its strengths. Marking the starting point, and plotting paths and strategies to give viability to our project, is the most important part of conducting this analysis. The analysis or matrix SWOT consists of two parts:-Internal analysis where we find strengths and weaknesses. -External analysis with opportunities and threats. The difference with the CANVAS method is that in the SWOT you can see more global information while the CANVAS model focuses on the critical points as our target clients.
