Fernando VAL GARIJO

Fernando Val Garijo es profesor contratado doctor en la Facultad de Derecho de la UNED, donde enseña Derecho internacional público y Derecho de la UE. Es profesor en el Máster en Unión Europea (UNED), impartiendo las asignaturas de Instituciones de la UE, Cooperación Policial y Judicial en Materia Penal, e Institutional System and European Integration, y en el European Joint Master’s in Strategic Border Management (Frontex), impartiendo la asignatura de Cooperation in Strategic Border Management.

Sus líneas de investigación principales se han centrado en el Derecho internacional penal, el Derecho de la UE y los derechos humanos, el Derecho internacional humnaitario y la responsabilidad de las organizaciones internacionales.

Fernando Val Garijo is associate professor of International Law and EU Law at the Faculty of Law (UNED). He teaches Institutional System and European Integration and Police and Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters in the Master’s Degree in European Union and Cooperation in Strategic Border Management in the European Joint Master’s in Strategic Border Management (Frontex).

His research has focused on international criminal law, EU law and human rights, international humanitarian law and the legal responsibility of internactional organizations.
