The VitisUNED Research Group explores the culture, landscapes, and heritage of viticulture and wine.

Directed by Ana María Rivera Medina, professor of Medieval History at UNED, Spain, the group includes researchers from several Spanish and foreign universities: the University of Cádiz, the University of Castilla – La Mancha, the Autonomous University of Madrid, the Polytechnic University of Madrid, the University of Porto and the Institut Supérieur de Traducteurs et Interprètes de Bruxelles.
