TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

  • Participants interested in submitting proposals must do so via the Conference electronic platform  (link to EasyChair).
  • A maximum of two proposals may be submitted by each person as an author.
  • For symposium proposals to be accepted, all authors must be registered at the Conference.
  • At least 50% of the authors signing papers and posters with more than 3 authors must be registered at the conference.
  • Participants who do not attend the conference and are not registered will not receive a certificate of attendance.
  • Certificates will not be issued for papers that have not been presented at the conference.

TYPES OF PARTICIPATION

PAPERS

  • These include research, intervention projects or innovative experiences related to one of the thematic areas of the conference.
  • The sessions will have a moderator in charge of distributing time and facilitating the final debate.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to allocate the paper in a different thematic area to the one proposed by the author/s, if it is more appropriate regarding the content of the paper.

SYMPOSIUMS

  • They will analyse a topic in depth, from different theoretical or methodological perspectives.
  • Each symposium will have a minimum of 4 participants.
  • The coordinator will be responsible for introducing the topic and moderating the session.
  • The presentations and the subsequent debate will have a maximum duration of 90 minutes.

POSTERS

  • Posters graphically show preliminary data of work or projects that are in progress or that have been completed. They can also show an interesting practice.
  • The poster will be printed on paper and will not exceed the following dimensions: 90 cm. wide x 120 cm. high. It will be delivered to the organisers at the beginning of the conference, sending the PDF file beforehand by the indicated date.
  • The posters will remain on display during the conference and there will be specific spaces where debate will be facilitated.
  • Participants attending the conference online will be able to view the posters in a specific web space set up for this purpose.

KEY DATES

  • Submission of abstracts (paper, poster or symposium contribution): 15 May,  2023
  • Communication of the evaluation: 25 May 2023 Submission of the poster pdf: 7 July 2023
  • Submission of full text if you wish to publish: before 7 July 2023

ABSTRACTS

  • All proposals (symposia, papers and posters) must include an abstract in Spanish and English.
  • The abstract should be between 300 and 500 words in length The title should be brief and clear
  • The number of «Keywords» will be between three and five.
  • Authors: Once the author has registered for the conference, he/she may participate in a maximum of two papers.
  • The content of the abstract will follow the structure of the [template].
  • Symposia will present a single document in which the abstracts of each of the contributions to the symposium will be presented (300-500 words) or a text in which all the contributions are described and related together (1000 words).
  • Deadline for submission: 15 May 2023
  • The abstract submitted will be taken into account for the evaluation of the proposals. Acceptance of papers will be subject to compliance with the rules and structure of the template corresponding to each modality. Accepted abstracts will be published in an electronic book with ISBN, available on the conference website

The following steps must be followed for the submission of abstracts:

  • Step 1: Submission of abstract [via intranet (EasyChair Platform)] by 15 May 2023
  • Step 2: Communication of the results of the evaluation: 25 May 2023

FULL TEXT OF THE PAPER, POSTER OR SYMPOSIUM CONTRIBUTION, IN CASE IT IS INTENDED TO BE PUBLISHED.

  • The full text must be sent in Spanish or English.
  • The length should be between 3,000 and 5,000 words, including graphs, tables and bibliographical references.
  • The title and keywords of the abstract must be maintained
  • Deadline for submission: 7 July 2023.
  • The submission of the work will follow the format and instructions of the corresponding Template.
  • For the submission of full texts the following steps must be followed:
