We are pleased to announce the publication of the book Climate Migration: Multidimensionality, Vulnerability and Protection, edited by Justo Corti Varela and Carmen Lozano-Cabedo and published by Marcial Pons. The volume is one of the main scientific outcomes of the ADAPTAR (Adaptation and Climate Displacement: Actions for Protection) research project.
Bringing together contributions from scholars across different disciplines, the book addresses key challenges posed by climate migration, including its conceptualisation, legal protection, and the relationship between mobility, vulnerability, and adaptation. It also explores a range of case studies from different regions of the world and examines human mobility as a potential adaptation strategy in the context of climate change.
