The EU has focused its strategy to fight climate change on the decarbonisation of the energy market, which implies, on the one hand, boosting renewable mechanisms in energy production, and on the other, reducing consumption through energy efficiency policies: Can the EU do without fossil fuels?, How can to reduce emissions from transport or industry be reduced without having a negative effect on the economy or well-being?, What is the EU strategy to make renewables a viable solution? These and other issues will be addressed in this video.
