Antonio Rodríguez Anaya

Antonio Rodríguez Anaya has a degree in CC. Physics, Astrophysics specialty since 1999, and Doctor in Artificial Intelligence since 2009. He is currently a Assistance Professor in the Artificial Intelligence Department of the National University of Distance Education (UNED), a member of the aDeNu research group of the UNED. He is the author of scientific publications in impact journals and national and international conferences. He has participated in national and European research projects, and in teaching innovation projects as a coordinator and participant.

His research activity has focused on the application of data mining techniques in different contexts, although very especially to analyze learning processes in collaborative and social environments.
His undergraduate and graduate teaching activity is linked to the analysis and development of collaborative environments and social networks, as well as adaptive teaching and learning systems.
He has made several short stays abroad such as the Fraunhofer Institut: Angewandte Informationstechnik in Sankt Augustin, Germany, Max Planck Institute für Astronomie in Heidelberg, Germany, and at the Dipartimento di Fisica dell ’Università di Pisa in Pisa, Italy.
