Se trata de un gran encuentro cient\u00edfico, a nivel internacional, en el que se dar\u00e1n cita los principales investigadores sobre los procesos productivos del vino, y sus implicaciones econ\u00f3micas, en el Mundo Romano. Este encuentro se realizar\u00e1 en honor del Profesor Jean Pierre Brun.
