CANCELLATION POLICY<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified by e-mail to the conference technical secretary: tradilex@flog.uned.es and the followings conditions will apply:<\/span><\/p>

Should the conference become a fully online conference, all participants who have registered for the conference will be able to present their contributions virtually as well as\u00a0participating\u00a0in\u00a0all\u00a0online\u00a0presentations and activities, according to the virtual options offered by the conference. No\u00a0refunds will\u00a0be\u00a0given\u00a0unless\u00a0the conference is cancelled.<\/span>
In the event of\u00a0cancellation by participants,\u00a0no refund\u00a0will be given.<\/span>
Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.<\/span><\/p>

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

By registering for the TRADIT26 Conference, participants agree that the organizers do not accept liability for any impediment or disruption of the conference proceedings arising from political, social, health, travel, or economic events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond their control. The TRADIT26 organisation will not be responsible for other services contracted directly by the attendees such as flights, hotel bookings etc. The conference cancellation conditions shall apply in all cases. Registration of a participant entails acceptance of the cancellation conditions.<\/span><\/p>

By providing this information, the organizers disclaim any liability relating to insurance.<\/span><\/p>
