The RC is the highest-level decision-making and supervising body of OpenEU. It has the following prerogatives: determination and supervision of the OpenEU’s strategic priority agenda, including its general policy, vision and long-term strategy; supervision of the OpenEU overall management of the Alliance, including finances and the admission/exclusion of members.
