Es un proceso que mueve a las personas (tambi\u00e9n a los profesores\/as) m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los factores que les condicionan como personas y profesionales. El aprendizaje no sucede en el vac\u00edo sino en un contexto social espec\u00edfico y din\u00e1mico; y siempre ocurre con otros, gracias a los otros. Pensamos que aprendemos preferentemente de la experiencia y cuando establecemos v\u00ednculos entre la teor\u00eda y la pr\u00e1ctica.
