Profesor Titular de la Escuela T\u00e9cnica Superior de Ingenier\u00eda Inform\u00e1tica en la Universidad Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n a Distancia (UNED).  Vicesecretario General T\u00e9cnico de la UNED desde 2016 miembro senior del IEEE y Secretario del M\u00e1ster Universitario en Ciberseguridad de la UNED.   Su investigaci\u00f3n se ha centrado en C\u00e1lculo Fraccionario y Control Predictivo con aplicaciones al sector del autom\u00f3vil. Entre los temas de investigaci\u00f3n de su inter\u00e9s se encuentran: Control Fraccionario, IoT, GPU Computing para control y simulaci\u00f3n de sistemas. Tambi\u00e9n tiene inter\u00e9s en administraci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica y democracia digital.   Se puede acceder a sus publicaciones en:  https:\/\/scholar.google.es\/citations?user=C2qFfnkAAAAJ&hl=es<\/a>  <\/td>Associate Professor in the School of Computer Engineering at Spanish University for Distance Education (UNED). He is UNED technician general vice-secretary since 2016. He is also IEEE Senior Member and secretary of the Master’s degree in Cyber Security of UNED.   His research has focused on fractional calculus and predictive control with applications to automotive sector. He includes among his research interests  fractional control, IoT, robotics and GPU computing to control and simulate systems.
