Pattern identification considers both connections and the functional roles and meanings of the constructs involved.<\/p>\n<p>Explicit rules retain a trace of the conditions satisfied by each detected configuration. A language model is used after detection to produce descriptions grounded in graph evidence.<\/p>\n<p>The study provides a methodological demonstration and controlled tests with synthetic cases.
