More than 80% of the people who propose it fail. This project aims to offer a methodology for identifying, analyzing and mathematizing inconsistencies, obstacles or cognitive conflicts that make it challenging to achieve the subject&#8217;s intention to incorporate healthy habits into her life. All this, with the support of a free software computer tool, which presents in 3D and \/ or Virtual Reality, the subject&#8217;s Cognitive Map, its inconsistencies, and the different behavioral change scenarios.
