#000000\">El objetivo de este proyecto es aportar y apoyar el impulso a la reducci\u00f3n o incluso desaparici\u00f3n de esta desigualdad territorial, y de este modo alcanzar un equilibrio real, y fomentar la creaci\u00f3n de empleo y desarrollo en las \u00e1reas rurales del pa\u00eds, as\u00ed como fomentar el uso de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n entre el ciudadano y la Administraci\u00f3n, otros organismos y entidades o personas, facilitando as\u00ed determinadas gestiones cotidianas que facilitan el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de las personas.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Este proyecto est\u00e1 dirigido a toda la poblaci\u00f3n localizada en municipios con menos de 5.000 habitantes, municipios con m\u00e1s de 5.000 habitantes que posean singularidad como pueden ser pedan\u00edas, aldeas, caser\u00edos parroquias, barrios rurales, consejos\u2026) y municipios con m\u00e1s de 20.000 habitantes que posean n\u00facleos dispersos (las l\u00edneas de actuaci\u00f3n ir\u00e1n dirigidas a estos n\u00facleos en concreto).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">El \u00e1mbito de desarrollo del presente proyecto se concentrar\u00e1 de forma presencial en las provincias de Valencia, Segovia y Cuenca, con el apoyo f\u00edsico de los Centros Asociados de la UNED en estos \u00e1mbitos, aunque el alcance ser\u00e1 todo el territorio nacional, gracias a que se impartir\u00e1 de forma s\u00edncrona y en directo las clases desde Valencia, Segovia y Cuenca.
