Cristina BENLLOCH DOM\u00c8NECH, responsible of\u00a0<strong>The relevance of Gender in EU judicial proceedings <\/strong>research line, and Community Manager of the project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Teaching activities (50 hours each year, a total of 150 hours):<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>\u2013EUJuris\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>\u2013 1st, 2nd, 3rd, editions-\u00a0<strong>Seminar in EU Procedural Rights<\/strong>, a new presential and distance learning optional seminar of 5 hours focused on the ECJ procedure and particularly procedural rights. To be developed in the academic courses 2020\/2021, 2021\/2022 and 2022\/2023 at the Faculty of Law of UNED.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u2013EUJuris\u00a0<\/em>Winter School<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 1st, 2nd, 3rd, editions- \u201c<strong>EU Court of Justice and EU judicial proceedings. Theory and Practice\u201d, a new intensive course\u00a0<\/strong>organized as a<strong>\u00a0Winter School,\u00a0<\/strong>which will provide a highest profile specialization in the EU jurisdiction, the proceedings before the ECJ, and other related issues. Course of 30 hours to be developed in the academic courses 2020\/2021, 2021\/2022 and 2022\/2023 at the Faculty of Law of UNED.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u2013<a>EUJuris<\/a><\/em>Training Course<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 1st, 2nd, 3rd, editions- \u201c<strong>How to litigate in the proceedings before the EUCJ\u201d.\u00a0<\/strong>A new training course focused on practical aspects of the EU litigation and to act in the proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union. To be developed in the second semester of the 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0and 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0years with 15 hours in each of the editions (a total of 45 hours over 3 years).<\/p>\n<p><strong>All the teaching activities<\/strong>\u00a0will been coordinated by the leader of the module, with the participation of Key Staff Members, and with the overview, support and review of the Scientific Committee in order to guarantee the highest quality of the materials, and of the teaching and evaluation of the teaching activities.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Research activity<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recent challenges and cases on EU procedural issues<\/strong>,prof. in charge J. SARRION. Research study on the most important challenges and cases related to EU procedural issues and procedural rights (in the proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union), developed by the legal scholars of the module team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ethics Challenges in the EU judicial proceedings<\/strong>, prof. in charge P. J. P\u00c9REZ ZAFRILLA. Research study on the most important challenges from the perspective of Ethics applied to judicial proceedings and the litigation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The relevance of Gender in EU judicial proceedings<\/strong>, prof. in charge C. BENLLOCH. Research study on the most important challenges from the perspective of Gender applied to EU judicial proceedings and the litigation, with Social analysis, qualitative research.
