Trends and evolutions in contemporary youth activism\u201d<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To open the conference and set the scene, this talk discusses trends and evolutions in contemporary youth activism against the backdrop of increasingly repressive protest policing and anti-protest<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>legislation. <strong>First, <\/strong>the multiple reasons and motivations for activism among young people at this particular time are outlined. <strong>Second, <\/strong>the issues mobilising young activists and the ways these are progressively converging and intersecting are documented. <strong>Third, <\/strong>the types and characteristics of<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>young people doing activism are profiled and reasons are given for those who are missing. <strong>Fourth, <\/strong>the repertoires of actions are examined and analysed in relation to Do-It-Ourselves (DIO) politics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the talk, young activist voices are quoted by drawing on my interviews with them over several years. Qui\u00e9nes son y c\u00f3mo construyen sus adhesiones militantes las j\u00f3venes generaciones de las \u201cnuevas derechas\u201d en Argentina<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El trabajo analiza las din\u00e1micas pol\u00edticas y las razones por las cuales emerge una sensibilidad juvenil que encuentra un modo de representaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica en torno a la figura de Javier Milei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se propone la reconstrucci\u00f3n de un ciclo que se inicia con los debates parlamentarios de la Ley de Interrupci\u00f3n Voluntaria del Embarazo (2018-2020) y llega hasta las elecciones presidenciales de 2023, en las que Javier Milei result\u00f3 electo primer mandatario. El an\u00e1lisis del ciclo se organiza en torno a diferentes acontecimientos (como las medidas de Aislamiento Social, Preventivo y Obligatorio durante la pandemia) que marcan tanto el ingreso al activismo, como la construcci\u00f3n de narrativas y sensibilidades comunes, en particular en torno a la cr\u00edtica de los pol\u00edticos (\u201cla casta\u201d) y el estado del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El estudio ofrece pistas para pensar las derivas y paradojas que surgen del hecho de que generaciones nacidas y criadas en democracia, socializadas pol\u00edticamente en un tiempo en el que se promovi\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>juvenil por medio de leyes y normativas, encontraron en las \u201cnuevas derechas\u201d un espacio de militancia. \u201cSomos j\u00f3venes y de derecha\u201d, afirman de forma provocadora los J\u00f3venes Republicanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La intervenci\u00f3n recoge los resultados de una investigaci\u00f3n etnogr\u00e1fica con agrupaciones juveniles mile\u00edstas realizada desde el a\u00f1o 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12,30 h. Louvain) <strong>*<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>J\u00f3venes alter-activistas: construirse como actor y como autor de su vida<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de la experiencia de j\u00f3venes alter-activistas, esta ponencia analiza las fuentes de compromiso y la forma de \u201cvivir\u201d los movimientos sociales ya no se encuentran en las organizaciones o en los manifiestos, sino en la<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>combinaci\u00f3n de procesos de subjetivaci\u00f3n personal \u2014entendida como el trabajo que hace el sujeto para construirse a s\u00ed mismo como persona y autor de su vida\u2014 y en el deseo de volverse un actor frente a los problemas de su sociedad. En la segunda parte, el art\u00edculo apunta tres sesgos anal\u00edticos que llevaron a una<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>visi\u00f3n individualista de esta forma de activismo: (i) la confusi\u00f3n entre los procesos de subjetivaci\u00f3n y procesos de (auto)afirmaci\u00f3n de un \u201cyo aut\u00e9ntico\u201d; (ii) la reducci\u00f3n del activismo a procesos de subjetivaci\u00f3n cuando una voluntad combina estos procesos con otra que busca tener un impacto en la sociedad; y (iii) la consideraci\u00f3n de que las dimensiones personales sustituyen las dimensiones colectivas del activismo. Lejos de un<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>individualismo ego\u00edsta o centrado en la autorrealizaci\u00f3n, esta cultura alteractivista fomenta la combinaci\u00f3n de procesos de subjetivaci\u00f3n, la voluntad de convertirse en actor de su sociedad y el encuentro personal con los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>17,00 H.
