The programme focuses on how public policies, regulatory decisions, and business strategies that are defining today\u2019s emerging energy landscape are being shaped. From a perspective that integrates international law and European Union law with economic and strategic analysis, the course examines key issues such as energy security, European strategic autonomy, reindustrialisation, and Spain\u2019s role in the new global context. Through discussion-oriented sessions with institutional stakeholders, industry experts, and representatives of leading organisations, the course offers an applied perspective on the main challenges and opportunities of the energy transition in an international context marked by tensions and vulnerabilities.<br \/>This training initiative is the result of a collaboration between UNED and the Fundaci\u00f3n Renovables, co-organiser of the course, and is part of the extracurricular activities programme of UNED\u2019s Master\u2019s Degree in Climate Change
