Nonetheless, it is necessary to analyze international law in order to better approach this phenomenon.<br \/>The course is a collaboration between the research project PID2024-157072NB-I00, LITICLIMA, \u00abClimate Litigation: Fighting Climate Change through National, European, and International Legal Actions\u00bb, and the project TED2021-130570B-100, ADAPTAR, \u00abAdaptation and Climate Displaced Persons: Actions for their Protection.\u00bb<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element
