Abierta y de difusi\u00f3n de la UE, el nuevo Mooc \u201cEl esquema europeo de Derechos de Emisi\u00f3n\u201d es un curso dise\u00f1ado por nuestros profesores para acercar a todos los interesados al mayor instrumento de la UE en la mitigaci\u00f3n del cambio clim\u00e1tico: el mercado europeo de derechos de emisi\u00f3n, m\u00e1s conocido como el mecanismo \u201ccap and trade\u201d.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">El curso, que no requiere conocimientos previos, est\u00e1 abierto hasta el 10 de diciembre y su disfrute como oyente es gratuito.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br
