Nuria Pastor Palomar analiza en este documento la prohibici\u00f3n a la reservas que se incluye en los instrumentos relativos al cambio clim\u00e1tico. Esta t\u00e9cnica convencional no resulta adecuada para tratados de protecci\u00f3n de intereses generales, con obligaciones integrales y vocaci\u00f3n de universalidad.
