Doctorado de la UNED mediante la presentaci\u00f3n de comunicaciones dentro de alguna de estas l\u00edneas para su exposici\u00f3n durante el congreso.\u00a0Las propuestas\u00a0deber\u00e1n enviarse a trav\u00e9s del formulario de inscripci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EN CASO DE ADMISI\u00d3N DE LA PROPUESTA DE Tambi\u00e9n se admite la exposici\u00f3n oral en ingl\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">La duraci\u00f3n de la exposici\u00f3n oral <b>para el Congreso <\/b>ser\u00e1 limitada. No podr\u00e1 ser superior, salvo indicaciones de la organizaci\u00f3n atendiendo a las disponibilidades de tiempo de cada sesi\u00f3n y el n\u00famero de participantes.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Se puede realizar la presentaci\u00f3n con apoyo de diapositivas (se recomienda no utilizar m\u00e1s de 5 diapositivas para ajustarse al tiempo de exposici\u00f3n).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">No se admiten comunicaciones online.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Se certifica la asistencia y la comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Si solo pretende exponer una comunicaci\u00f3n y no asistir al Congreso le rogamos renuncie a su participaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Las comunicaciones se proponen libremente pero deben responder a alg\u00fan tema relacionado con las sesiones del Congreso. Objetivo de las ayudas:\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ayudas de viaje para estudiantes del M\u00e1ster en Uni\u00f3n Europea y Doctorado en Uni\u00f3n Europea, con cargo al presupuesto del M\u00e1ster en Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">2. Requisitos de los solicitantes:\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Podr\u00e1 solicitar estas ayudas las y los estudiantes del M\u00e1ster en Uni\u00f3n Europea y el Doctorado en Uni\u00f3n Europea de la UNED que vayan a participar y a presentar una comunicaci\u00f3n en el Congreso organizado por el M\u00e1ster en Bruselas, los d\u00edas 16,17 y 18 de noviembre de 2026.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">3. Caracter\u00edsticas y cuant\u00eda de las ayudas:\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Las ayudas se dirigen a financiar los gastos de desplazamiento en avi\u00f3n a Bruselas para participar en el Congreso.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">La gesti\u00f3n se efectuar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de la Administraci\u00f3n de la Facultad y los viajes se tramitar\u00e1n obligatoriamente a trav\u00e9s de los servicios contratados con la agencia de viajes de la UNED.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">La cuant\u00eda individual asignada no ser\u00e1 superior a seiscientos euros (600 \u20ac), y cubrir\u00e1 un viaje de ida y vuelta a Bruselas en clase turista y, con car\u00e1cter general, con maleta de cabina, sin maleta facturada salvo casos debidamente justificados que deben ser autorizados.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">Se conceder\u00e1 un m\u00e1ximo de 10 ayudas, siendo que la cuant\u00eda total de las ayudas concedidas por el M\u00e1ster en Uni\u00f3n Europea en esta convocatoria no podr\u00e1 exceder de 6.000 euros, dentro de los l\u00edmites de su partida presupuestaria correspondiente.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">4. Publicidad de la convocatoria:\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">La convocatoria se remite a todos los\/las estudiantes de M\u00e1ster y Doctorado, a trav\u00e9s de los foros de la plataforma virtual, de manera que les llega por correo electr\u00f3nico a todas\/os las\/os estudiantes.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Asimismo, el anuncio de la convocatoria se publicar\u00e1 en el BICI.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">5. Plazo y presentaci\u00f3n de las solicitudes:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Las solicitudes se presentar\u00e1n por correo electr\u00f3nico ante la Coordinaci\u00f3n general del M\u00e1ster, <\/span><a style=\"background-color: #ffffff\" href=\"mailto:jsarrion@der.uned.es\">jsarrion@der.uned.es<\/a><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">, dentro del plazo de 10 d\u00edas naturales contados desde el d\u00eda siguiente a la publicaci\u00f3n del anuncio de la convocatoria en el BICI. Se acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 a la solicitud el t\u00edtulo de la propuesta de comunicaci\u00f3n, la mesa o panel en el que se quiere presentar y una breve memoria con el resumen de la comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">6. M\u00e9ritos para la evaluaci\u00f3n de ayudas:\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;color: black\">En la resoluci\u00f3n de la convocatoria se tendr\u00e1 en cuenta el inter\u00e9s del tema escogido para la comunicaci\u00f3n y su vinculaci\u00f3n a la tem\u00e1tica del Congreso, es decir \u201cIntegraci\u00f3n europea, seguridad y derechos fundamentales\u201d, con las siguientes l\u00edneas espec\u00edficas vinculadas a los paneles del Congreso: <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;color: #242424;border: 1pt windowtext;padding: 0cm\">\u00a01. INTEGRACI\u00d3N EUROPEA. LOS 40 A\u00d1OS DE ESPA\u00d1A EN LA UE; 2. INSTITUCIONES Y GOBERNANZA EN LA UE; 3. PROTECCI\u00d3N MULTINIVEL DE DERECHOS EN LA UE; 4. RETOS DE LA IA, EL BIG DATA Y LOS ESPACIOS EUROPEOS DE DATOS EN LA UE; 5. \u00a05. CIUDADAN\u00cdA(S) E IDENTIDAD(ES) EN LA UNI\u00d3N EUROPEA; 6. INTEGRACI\u00d3N REGIONAL, SEGURIDAD Y DEFENSA EN LA UNI\u00d3N EUROPEA.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">7. Evaluaci\u00f3n de las solicitudes:\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">La Coordinaci\u00f3n del M\u00e1ster examinar\u00e1 las solicitudes, siguiendo, para la valoraci\u00f3n de los m\u00e9ritos, los criterios que la propia Comisi\u00f3n determine para esta convocatoria.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">8. Obligaciones de los beneficiarios:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">En el plazo m\u00e1ximo de cinco d\u00edas naturales desde la finalizaci\u00f3n de la actividad que dio origen a la concesi\u00f3n de la ayuda, el beneficiario remitir\u00e1:<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;text-indent: 14.2pt\">A la Coordinaci\u00f3n del M\u00e1ster, una breve memoria explicativa de la actividad realizada y el texto de la Comunicaci\u00f3n presentada.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A la Administraci\u00f3n de la Facultad de Derecho, los billetes o pasajes originales y\/o tarjetas de embarque, siguiendo para ello las normas de procedimiento presupuestario de la UNED.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">9. Protecci\u00f3n de datos<\/p><p style=\"line-height: 107%;margin: 0cm 5.65pt 8.0pt 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;line-height: 107%\">De conformidad con el Reglamento General de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos y la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos y Garant\u00edas de los Derechos Digitales, los datos personales facilitados en el contexto de la presente convocatoria se incorporar\u00e1n a un fichero titularidad de la Universidad Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n a Distancia (UNED), cuya finalidad es la gesti\u00f3n de este procedimiento.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"line-height: 107%;margin: 0cm 5.65pt 8.0pt 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;line-height: 107%\">Estos datos no ser\u00e1n cedidos o comunicados a terceros, salvo en los supuestos necesarios para la debida atenci\u00f3n, desarrollo, control y cumplimiento de las finalidades expresadas, as\u00ed como en los supuestos previstos legalmente. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"line-height: 107%;margin: 0cm 5.65pt 8.0pt 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;line-height: 107%\">En cualquier momento, podr\u00e1n ejercitarse los derechos de acceso, rectificaci\u00f3n, cancelaci\u00f3n u oposici\u00f3n de sus datos ante la UNED, Departamento de Pol\u00edtica Jur\u00eddica de Seguridad de la Informaci\u00f3n, o a trav\u00e9s de la Sede electr\u00f3nica de la UNED.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inscripci\u00f3n gratuita Comunicaciones INFORMACI\u00d3N 2026 Instrucciones para la presentaci\u00f3n de comunicaciones Puede hacer su propuesta de comunicaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del FORMULARIO DE INSCRIPCI\u00d3N.
