Madrid.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"color: #666666;font-family: 'Open Sans', Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;background: transparent;margin: 0px;padding: 0px 0px 1em;border: 0px;vertical-align: baseline\">Desde hace 29 a\u00f1os los congresos de la Asociaci\u00f3n son un espacio de reflexi\u00f3n sobre la situaci\u00f3n de los Servicios Sociales en Espa\u00f1a y sobre los conceptos y pr\u00e1cticas m\u00e1s avanzadas en este sector, adem\u00e1s de analizar sobre los que tiene planteados en el contexto del nuevo modelo de sociedad.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"color: #666666;font-family: 'Open Sans', Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;background: transparent;margin: 0px;padding: 0px 0px 1em;border: 0px;vertical-align: baseline\">La noticia del inicio de la tramitaci\u00f3n de una Ley estatal de Servicios Sociales supone una muy significativa novedad para el sistema. Estamos ante el inicio de un debate de \u00e1mbito sociopol\u00edtico en un marco territorial y competencial distinto al de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. La esperanza de que los servicios sociales aumenten su relevancia en el conjunto de los espacios de presencia y debate en un nivel en el que no est\u00e1n especialmente presentes y por el que llevamos luchando como Asociaci\u00f3n desde nuestra fundaci\u00f3n y del inicio de este tipo de encuentros anuales.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"color: #666666;font-family: 'Open Sans', Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;background: transparent;margin: 0px;padding: 0px 0px 1em;border: 0px;vertical-align: baseline\">Tenemos la oportunidad de iniciar en nuestro XXIX Congreso anual un debate que esperamos y sabemos fruct\u00edfero. Tenemos como personal t\u00e9cnico y especialista en la materia y por nuestra propia trayectoria y evoluci\u00f3n, por nuestra experiencia acumulada en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, la obligaci\u00f3n \u00e9tica y profesional de aportar experiencias y reflexiones que puedan conducir el intento al mejor de los logros posibles.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"color: #666666;font-family: 'Open Sans', Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;background: transparent;margin: 0px;padding: 0px 0px 1em;border: 0px;vertical-align: baseline\">Tenga \u00e9xito final o no con la publicaci\u00f3n del texto legal (esperamos encarecidamente que s\u00ed), creemos que podemos volver a servir de revulsivo y est\u00edmulo para que el conjunto del Sistema P\u00fablico de Servicios Sociales y los actores sociopol\u00edticos de nuestro pa\u00eds se pongan en disposici\u00f3n de alcanzar un pacto de Estado.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"color: #666666;font-family: 'Open Sans', Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 14px;background: transparent;margin: 0px;padding: 0px 0px 1em;border: 0px;vertical-align: baseline\">Pero no va a ser este el \u00fanico debate que vamos a tener durante esos dos d\u00edas que tanto dan de s\u00ed cada a\u00f1o. Vamos a tener tambi\u00e9n la oportunidad de seguir debatiendo en torno al futuro de la atenci\u00f3n de las personas en situaci\u00f3n de dependencia. Una materia en la que la Asociaci\u00f3n no ha dejado de aportar su punto de vista desde antes de la propia publicaci\u00f3n de la Ley.
